Management Matters Workshop Level 2 - For experienced mid-level managers
Unmatched in their approach, DeemHR has partnered with the Charleston Area Alliance to conduct a Pioneering Management Matters Workshop. This isn’t your typical “one day training and you’ve got it” provided by other seminar companies. Those have virtually no impact.
MM uses a holistic approach that helps leaders become fully aware of themselves, the needs of their followers, and the secrets to motivating people, equipping them to transform their leadership style. These are high-powered, interactive sessions where participants are immersed in the critical skills and techniques that make an individual a true leader.
The sessions will be held during May, 2010 at the Charleston Area Alliance on 1116 Smith Street in Charleston, WV (parking is free).
